Sayyiduna al-Miswar bin Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrate that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "(A child who dies immediately after birth) does not become an heir unless he cries out (at birth), and crying out means that he screams, or sneezes, or weeps."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Abbas bin al-Walid al-Khallal, whom Abu Mushir and Marwan bin Muhammad declared thiqah (trustworthy). Abu Dawud says: I do not narrate from him. The remaining narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

Hadith Takhrij«اخرجه الطبراني فى المعجم الكبير (20/20)»
Ibn Sirin says: Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) divided his wealth among his sons during his lifetime, then he passed away. After that another son was born to him; he was born after his death. Sayyiduna Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) met Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: I could not sleep last night because of this newborn son of Sa'd, for he left nothing for him. Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: By Allah, I too could not sleep last night, and for the same reason, or he said words to that effect. (Then he said:) Come with me to Qays bin Sa'd and speak to him about his brother. The two of them went to him and spoke with him. Qays bin Sa'd said: As for what Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) has done, I will not change it, but I call you both to witness that my own share goes to this (child).
Al-Tabarani recorded it through various chains, and the narrators of all of them are the narrators of the Sahih, except that
this narration is mursal; none of these narrators heard from Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him).
