بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أُهْدِيَتْ لَهُ هَدِيَّةٌ ، وَعِنْدَهُ قَوْمٌ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أُهْدِيَتْ لَهُ هَدِيَّةٌ ، وَعِنْدَهُ قَوْمٌ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاؤُهُ فِيهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is given something as a gift while some people are present with him, those people will be sharers in that gift."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Mandal bin Ali, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy.

وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَتَتْهُ هَدِيَّةٌ ، وَعِنْدَهُ قَوْمٌ جُلُوسٌ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاؤُهُ فِيهَا " .
