بَابُ إِعْطَاءِ الْأَجِيرِ وَالْعَامِلِ .

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَعْطُوا الْأَجِيرَ أَجْرَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِفَّ رَشْحُهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ نَجِيحٍ وَالِدُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمَدِينِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ نَجِيحٍ وَالِدُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمَدِينِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give the labourer his wage before his sweat dries."
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains Abdullah bin Ja'far bin Najih, the father of Ali bin al-Madini, who is da'if (weak).

رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ فِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give the worker (his due) from his work, for the one who works for Allah is never disappointed."
Ahmad recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good); it contains Ibn Lahi'ah, and the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
