بَابُ إِعْطَاءِ الْأَجِيرِ وَالْعَامِلِ .

Majma al-Zawaid 6458 — Paying the hired worker and the labourer
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " أَعْطُوا الْعَامِلَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ ، فَإِنَّ عَامِلَ اللَّهِ لَا يَخِيبُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ فِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give the worker (his due) from his work, for the one who works for Allah is never disappointed."
Ahmad recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good); it contains Ibn Lahi'ah, and the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
