Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was offering prayer when a goat came and began to pass in front of him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prevented it from doing so, until he pressed his stomach against the wall.
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Amr bin Hakkam, who is da'if (weak). The hadith reported from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) has already passed in the chapter on drawing close to the sutrah, and it is a sahih (authentic) hadith, if Allah wills. Some hadiths on this subject have already passed in the chapter before this one.

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was offering prayer when a Bedouin passed by with his milch camel. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured to him, but he did not understand. So Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) called out to him loudly: O Bedouin, stay back! When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had said the salam, he asked: Who was the one who spoke? The people said: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: This one has no understanding. I say: As far as I think, this remark was said about the Bedouin, not about Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him); and Allah knows best.

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We offered an obligatory prayer behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). During the prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) brought his hands together. When he completed the prayer, we submitted: O Messenger of Allah! Has some new ruling come regarding the prayer? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No! What happened is that Shaytan tried to pass in front of me, so I squeezed his throat until I felt the coldness of his tongue on my hands. By Allah, had my brother Sulayman not already made his supplication before me, he would have been tied to one of the pillars of the mosque, until the children of the people of Madinah would walk around him.
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, al-Mufaddal bin Salih, whom Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Abu Hatim declared da'if (weak).
