In one narration the words are: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his head, he praised and extolled Allah Almighty and then said: "Amma ba'd (to proceed): O Allah! Seize the chiefs of the Quraysh." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: The hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) is recorded in the Sahih in abridged form, (without) the story of Abu al-Bakhtari.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains al-Ajlah bin Abdullah al-Kindi; he is thiqah (trustworthy) according to Yahya bin Ma'in and others, while al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) and others declared him da'if (weak).
