وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ وَلِيَ مَنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَيْئًا فَغَشَّهُمْ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ أَبُو لَيْلَى ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ أَبُو لَيْلَى ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is put in charge of any matter of the Muslims and then deceives them will go to Hell."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Abdullah bin Maysarah Abu Layla, who is da'if (weak) according to the majority; Ibn Hibban declared him thiqah (trustworthy). The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
