Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9005

Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In Hell there is a valley, and in that valley there is a well called 'Habhab'. It is binding upon Allah Almighty to make every stubborn tyrant (ruler) dwell in it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain is hasan (good).
