Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I fear two things for my Ummah: the Qur'an and milk. As for milk, they will seek its lush pastures, follow their desires, and abandon the prayer. As for the Qur'an (the fear regarding it is that) the hypocrites will acquire knowledge of it and then argue with the believers by means of it."
Ahmad (in his Musnad) and Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it; its chain contains Darraj Abu al-Samh, who is thiqah (trustworthy), but there is disagreement about using him as evidence.
