وَعَنْ مَيْلِ بِنْتِ مَشْرَحٍ قَالَتْ : رَأَيْتُ أَبِي يُقَلِّمُ أَظْفَارَهُ وَيَدْفِنُهُ وَقَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ مِنْ طَرِيقِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكِلَاهُمَا ضَعِيفٌ وَأَبُوهُ وُثِّقَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ مِنْ طَرِيقِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكِلَاهُمَا ضَعِيفٌ وَأَبُوهُ وُثِّقَ .
Mayl bint Mishrah narrates: I saw my father clipping his nails and burying them, and he told me: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) doing that.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat through Ubaydullah bin Salamah bin Wahram from his father. Both of them are da'if (weak); his father has been declared trustworthy.
