وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ عِنْدَ أَحْمَدَ : عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ أَنَّ أَسْمَاءَ كَانَتْ تَخْدِمُ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَتْ : فَبَيْنَا أَنَا عِنْدَهُ إِذْ جَاءَتْ خَالَتِي قَالَتْ : فَجَعَلَتْ تُسَائِلُهُ وَعَلَيْهَا سِوَارَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ .
In a narration of Ahmad, reported from Shahr bin Hawshab, are these words: Sayyidah Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) used to serve the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She said: Once I was with him when my maternal aunt came. Sayyidah Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) says: The woman began asking the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) questions, and she was wearing two bracelets made of gold. The narrator then mentioned the narration as before.
