وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ : لَبِسْتُ قِلَادَةً فِيهَا شُعَيْرَاتٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ قَالَتْ : فَرَآهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَأَعْرَضَ عَنِّي فَقَالَ : " مَا يُؤَمِّنُكِ أَنْ يُقَلِّدَكِ اللَّهُ مَكَانَهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُعَيْرَاتٍ مِنْ نَارٍ ؟ " قَالَتْ : فَنَزَعْتُهَا .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I wore a necklace that had some threads of gold in it. Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw it and turned his face away from me. He said: "Do you consider yourself safe from Allah Almighty putting on you, in its place on the Day of Resurrection, threads made of fire?" Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: So I took it off.
Ahmad and Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains the narrator Layth bin Abi Sulaym, who is a mudallis, but he is thiqah (trustworthy). The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
