وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهَبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَكَلَتْنَا الضَّبْعُ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " غَيْرُ الضَّبْعِ عِنْدِي أَخْوَفُ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنَ الضَّبْعِ ، إِنِ الدُّنْيَا سَتُصَبُّ عَلَيْكُمْ صَبًّا ، فَيَا لَيْتَ أُمَّتِي لَا تَلْبَسُ الذَّهَبَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ يُكْتَبُ حَدِيثُهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ يُكْتَبُ حَدِيثُهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Zayd bin Wahb narrates from a man that a Bedouin came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! Famine has devoured us." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I fear for you something other than famine more than famine: the world will soon be poured upon you in abundance. Would that my Ummah did not wear gold."
Ahmad and al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains the narrator Yazid bin Abi Ziyad, who is da'if (weak), though his hadith is written down. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
