Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8630

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a man walk wearing one sandal or one leather sock (khuff).
Imam Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah; his hadith is hasan (good), though there is weakness in him. The remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat.
