Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8629

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a man put on his sandals while he is standing.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Anbasah bin Salim. Imam al-Bazzar said: "We do not know of anyone corroborating him in this." Imam Abu Dawud also declared this narrator da'if (weak).
