وَعَنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ : أَبْصَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رَجُلًا يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ قَالَ : " ارْفَعْ إِزَارَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ " قَالَ : إِنِّي أَحَنَفُ تَصْتَكُّ رُكْبَتَايَ ، قَالَ : " ارْفَعْ إِزَارَكَ فَكُلُّ خَلْقِ اللَّهِ حَسَنٌ " . قَالَ : فَمَا رُئِيَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ [ بَعْدُ ] إِلَّا إِزَارَهُ يُصِيبُ أَنْصَافَ سَاقَيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَقَالَ : فَمَا رُئِيَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا وَإِزَارُهُ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ سَاقَيْهِ . وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَقَالَ : فَمَا رُئِيَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا وَإِزَارُهُ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ سَاقَيْهِ . وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna al-Sharid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man walking with his lower garment trailing, and said: Raise your lower garment and fear Allah Almighty! He submitted: I am a man whose legs are bowed and whose knees knock together. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Raise your lower garment! Everything Allah Almighty has created is beautiful. The narrator says: After that, whenever that man was seen, his lower garment reached the middle of his shins.
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it. He states: Whenever that man was seen, his lower garment was at the middle of his shins. Ahmad's narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
