وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ : عَرَضْنَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رُقْيَةً مِنَ الْحُمَةِ فَأَذِنَ لَنَا فِيهَا وَقَالَ : " إِنَّمَا هِيَ مَوَاثِيقُ " . وَالرُّقْيَةُ : بِسْمِ اللَّهِ شَجَّةٌ قَرْنِيَّةٌ مِلْحَةُ بَحْرٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We presented a ruqyah for stings to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he permitted us to use it and said: "It is a covenant." The words of the ruqyah are: 'Bismillah, shajjatun qarniyyatun milhatu bahrin'.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain is hasan (good).
