بَابُ الشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ إِنَّمَا يُجَرْجِرُ فِي بَطْنِهِ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي سَمِينَةَ وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَغَيْرُهُمَا وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي سَمِينَةَ وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَغَيْرُهُمَا وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the one who drinks from a vessel of gold or silver is only pouring the fire of Hell into his belly."
Imam Abu Ya'la and Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in all three books. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Yahya bin Abi Saminah, whom Abu Hatim, Ibn Hibban and others declared thiqah (trustworthy); there is some criticism of him that does no harm. The remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
