وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرِ إِنْ مَاتَ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ كَعَابِدِ وَثَنٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا أَنَّ ابْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ قَالَ : حُدِّثْتُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي فَاخِتَةَ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا أَنَّ ابْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ قَالَ : حُدِّثْتُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي فَاخِتَةَ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The habitual drinker of wine, if he dies, will appear before Allah Almighty like one who worships an idol."
Ahmad, al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani recorded it. The narrators of Ahmad are the narrators of the Sahih; however, Ibn al-Munkadir says: This hadith was narrated to me from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both). The chain of al-Tabarani contains a narrator, Yazid bin Abi Fakhitah, and I do not know him; the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
Ahmad, al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani recorded it.
