بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَمَنْ يَشْرَبُهَا .

وَعَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ قَالَ : لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - شَارِبَهَا وَبَائِعَهَا . يَعْنِي: الْخَمْرَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى الْعَطَّارُ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ أَتَمُّ مِنْ هَذَا فِي ثَمَنِ الْخَمْرِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى الْعَطَّارُ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who drinks it and the one who sells it; he meant wine.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ubaydullah bin Musa al-Attar, and I do not know him; the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy). Before this, in the chapter concerning the price of wine,
this narration has already passed in a more complete form.
