Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8193

Sayyiduna al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks an intoxicant, whatever it may be, Allah Almighty will not accept his prayer for forty days."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Yazid bin Abd al-Malik al-Nawfali, and he is matruk (abandoned). In one report from Yahya bin Ma'in it is mentioned that there is no harm in him, and according to two reports he declared him da'if (weak).
