بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَمَنْ يَشْرَبُهَا .

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَسَكِرَ ، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً ، فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَسَكِرَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً ، وَالثَّالِثَةَ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةَ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً فَإِنْ تَابَ ، لَمْ يَتُبِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ ، وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ عَيْنِ خَبَالٍ " . قِيلَ : وَمَا عَيْنُ خَبَالٍ ؟ قَالَ : " صَدِيدُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ خَلَا قَوْلِهِ : " فَإِنْ تَابَ لَمْ يَتُبِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، خَلَا نَافِعِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ خَلَا قَوْلِهِ : " فَإِنْ تَابَ لَمْ يَتُبِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، خَلَا نَافِعِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever drinks wine and becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. If he drinks it again and becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. The narrator said: On the third, or perhaps the fourth time, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If he drinks it again, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days; if he repents, Allah Almighty will not accept his repentance, and it is binding upon Allah Almighty that He make him drink from 'Ayn Khabal (that is, the spring of Khabal). It was asked: What is the spring of Khabal? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The pus of the people of Hell, mixed with blood." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded it; however, he did not record these words in this narration: "If he repents, Allah Almighty will not accept his repentance."
Ahmad and al-Bazzar recorded it; the narrators of Ahmad are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Nafi' bin Asim, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
