وَعَنْ وَائِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ ، وَلَيْسَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَنْتَهِكَ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَالِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ جَنَاحٌ مَوْلَى الْوَلِيدِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Wathilah bin al-Asqa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The child belongs to the owner of the bed, and for the fornicator there is deprivation. A woman does not have the right to spend anything from her wealth, except that she may do so with her husband's permission."
Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Janah, the freed slave of al-Walid, and he is da'if (weak).
