وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبَّادٍ السَّعْدِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَالَ دَاوُدُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ : وَكَانَ مِنْ خِيَارِ النَّاسِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبَّادٍ السَّعْدِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَالَ دَاوُدُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ : وَكَانَ مِنْ خِيَارِ النَّاسِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The child belongs to the owner of the bed, and for the fornicator there is deprivation."
Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin Abbad al-Sa'di, and he is da'if (weak). Dawud bin Shabib says: He was among the good people. The rest of the narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
