وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَدَ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَبِفِي الْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مُرْسَلًا ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Hasan al-Basri narrates: It has reached me that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave this judgement: The child belongs to the owner of the bed, and in the mouth of the fornicator there will be stones.
