Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 745

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever is asked about knowledge and conceals it, when that person is brought on the Day of Resurrection, he will have been bridled with a bridle of fire."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Hassan bin Siyah, whom Ibn Adi, Ibn Hibban and al-Daraqutni declared da'if (weak).
