وَعَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ يَقُولُ : " مُتْعَةُ النِّسَاءِ حَرَامٌ " ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna al-Harith bin Ghaziyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) states: On the day of the Conquest of Makkah, I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The mut'ah marriage with women is unlawful." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said this three times.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Farwah, who is da'if (weak).
