بَابُ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ .

وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ : كُنْتُ أَنَا وَصَاحِبٌ لِي نُمَاكِسُ امْرَأَةً فِي الْأَجَلِ وَتُمَاكِسُنَا فَأَتَانَا آتٍ فَأَخْبَرَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حَرَّمَ نِكَاحَ الْمُتْعَةِ وَحَرَّمَ أَكْلَ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَالْحُمُرَ الْأَنْسِيَّةَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ الرَّبَذِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) states: My companion and I were about to contract mut'ah with a woman for a fixed term, when a man came to us and told us that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had made the mut'ah marriage unlawful, and that he had also made unlawful every beast of prey with fangs, and the domestic donkey.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Musa bin Ubaydah al-Rabadhi, who is da'if (weak).
