وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ تُتَزَوَّجَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا أَوْ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعِيفٌ آخَرُ لَا يُذْكَرُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعِيفٌ آخَرُ لَا يُذْكَرُ .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a woman be married in addition to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Atiyyah, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy, and it contains another weak narrator who is not named.
