بَابُ بَيَانُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَهُنَّ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ .

وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا أَوْ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a woman be married in addition to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; the narrators of al-Bazzar are thiqat (trustworthy).
