بَابُ بَيَانُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَهُنَّ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ .

وَعَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ الرَّبَذِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Attab bin Asid (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A woman should not be married in addition to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Musa bin Ubaydah al-Rabadhi, who is da'if (weak).
