بَابُ الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَى الْمَوَالِي وَالْوَصِيَّةِ بِهِمْ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : كَانَ عَامَّةُ وَصِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الصَّلَاةَ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ " . حَتَّى جَعَلَ يُغَرْغِرُ بِهَا صَدْرَهُ وَمَا يَقْبِضُ بِهَا لِسَانَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْوَصَافِيُّ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Most of the final instructions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were: "(Take care of) the prayer and those under your ownership." Until the throes of death came over the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his tongue ceased to speak.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Ubaydullah bin al-Walid al-Wassafi, who is matruk (abandoned).
