وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ الْأَسْوَدَ إِذَا جَاعَ سَرَقَ ، وَإِذَا شَبِعَ زَنَى ، وَإِنَّ فِيهِمْ لِخَلَّتَيْنِ : صِدْقُ السَّمَاحَةِ وَالنَّجْدَةُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ؛ قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ : لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِأَشْيَاءَ . وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ؛ قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ : لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِأَشْيَاءَ . وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "When the black man is hungry he steals, and when he is full he commits fornication. They have two good qualities: true generosity and courage."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Ibn Ishaq, who is thiqah (trustworthy) but a mudallis, and Ali bin Sa'id al-Razi, about whom al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He is not of that standard; he is alone in narrating some things. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
