Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7209

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take black (slaves), for three of them are among the leaders of the people of Paradise: Luqman the Wise, the Negus, and Sayyiduna Bilal the Mu'adhdhin (may Allah be pleased with him)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) meant the Abyssinians. Its chain contains Abyan bin Sufyan, who is da'if (weak).
