وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ النَّضْرُ أَبُو عُمَرُ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ بَعْضَهُمْ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ النَّضْرُ أَبُو عُمَرُ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ بَعْضَهُمْ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wala' belongs to the one who frees (the slave)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains al-Nadr Abu Umar, whom a group declared thiqah (trustworthy) and some declared da'if (weak); the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
