وَعَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Bilal bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgment on the basis of an oath along with one witness.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
