وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ الْجُذَامِيُّ قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : لَيْسَ بِالْمُتْقِنِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ الْجُذَامِيُّ قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : لَيْسَ بِالْمُتْقِنِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgment on the basis of an oath along with a witness.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Uthman bin al-Hakam al-Judhami, about whom Abu Hatim says: He is not mutqin (precise). The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
