Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7031

Masruq narrates: I was sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) when a man asked him: What is the unlawful (suht)? He said: Taking a bribe in judgment. He said: That is disbelief. Then he recited this verse: "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is those who are the disbelievers."
Abu Ya'la recorded it; as for Abu Ya'la's teacher, Muhammad bin Uthman bin Umar, I do not know him.
