وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : الرِّشْوَةُ فِي الْحُكْمِ كُفْرٌ ، وَهُوَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ سُحْتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Taking a bribe in judgment is disbelief, and among people it is unlawful.
