وَعَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا قُدِّسَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَا يُؤْخَذُ فِيهَا لِلضَّعِيفِ حَقُّهُ غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ فِي حُسْنِ قَضَاءِ الدَّيْنِ فِي الْبَيْعِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ فِي حُسْنِ قَضَاءِ الدَّيْنِ فِي الْبَيْعِ .
Qabus bin Mukhariq narrates from his father that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A nation is not granted sanctity in which the right of the weak cannot be obtained without hindrance (or difficulty)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy). Hadith about repaying debts in a good manner have already been mentioned in the chapter on buying and selling.
