بَابُ أَخْذِ حَقِّ الضَّعِيفِ مِنَ الْقَوِيِّ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا قُدِّسَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَا يُعْطَى الضَّعِيفُ فِيهَا حَقَّهُ غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : وَتَأْتِي أَحَادِيثُ بِنَحْوِ هَذَا فِي الْخِلَافَةِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : وَتَأْتِي أَحَادِيثُ بِنَحْوِ هَذَا فِي الْخِلَافَةِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A nation in which the weak are not given their right without hindrance (or difficulty) is not sanctified."
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Other hadith of this kind will come later in the chapter on the caliphate, if Allah wills.
