بَابُ أَخْذِ حَقِّ الضَّعِيفِ مِنَ الْقَوِيِّ .

Majma al-Zawaid 7011 — Taking the right of the weak from the strong
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يُقَدِّسُ اللَّهُ أُمَّةً لَا يُؤْخَذُ لِضَعِيفِهَا مِنْ شَدِيدِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ ، وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ : ضَعِيفٌ يُكْتَبُ حَدِيثُهُ ، وَلَا يُتْرَكُ . وَقَدْ تَرَكَهُ غَيْرُهُ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ ، وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ : ضَعِيفٌ يُكْتَبُ حَدِيثُهُ ، وَلَا يُتْرَكُ . وَقَدْ تَرَكَهُ غَيْرُهُ .
Sayyidah Aishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty does not sanctify a nation in which the right of the weak is not taken from the strong."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains al-Muthanna bin al-Sabbah, who is da'if (weak). According to one report, Yahya bin Ma'in declared him thiqah (trustworthy), and according to another report he said that he is weak, his hadith is to be written down, and he is not to be abandoned, although others besides him abandoned him.
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains al-Muthanna bin al-Sabbah, who is da'if (weak).
