Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6996

Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty is with the judge as long as he does not deliberately commit injustice; Allah Almighty keeps granting him success toward good as long as he does not intend something other than it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Abu Dawud al-A'ma (the blind), who has been accused of lying.
