بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .

وَعَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ ، وَهُوَ يَمْشِي بَيْنَ جَمْرَتَيْنِ مِنَ الْجِمَارِ ، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَالِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا فِي النَّارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna al-Harith bin al-Barsa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was walking between two of the Jamarat, saying: "Whoever takes anything from the wealth of a Muslim by a false oath, let him prepare to take his house in Hell."
