بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .

وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَتِيكٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ مَالَ امْرِئٍ بِيَمِينِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَوْجَبَ لَهُ النَّارَ " . قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، وَإِنْ شَيْءٌ يَسِيرٌ ؟ قَالَ : " وَإِنْ كَانَ سِوَاكًا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا أَبَا سُفْيَانَ بْنَ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَتِيكٍ ذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ ، وَرَوَى عَنْهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا أَبَا سُفْيَانَ بْنَ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَتِيكٍ ذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ ، وَرَوَى عَنْهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Atik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever seizes a man's wealth by his oath, Allah Almighty makes Paradise forbidden for him and makes Hell due for him." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, even if it is something small?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Even if it is a tooth-stick (miswak)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Abu Sufyan bin Jabir bin Atik: Ibn Abi Hatim mentioned him, more than one of the narrators of the Sahih narrated from him, and no one has criticised him.
