بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .

وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبَةٍ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever deliberately swears a false oath, let him prepare to take his place in Hell."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Umar bin Ibrahim al-Abdi, who is thiqah (trustworthy), though he has been criticised.
