بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبَةٍ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ " .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرُ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ ، وَهُوَ لَيِّنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرُ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ ، وَهُوَ لَيِّنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a false oath in order to seize the wealth of a Muslim by it, when he appears before Allah Almighty on the Day of Resurrection, Allah Almighty will be angry with him." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Another hadith is reported from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), which Abu Dawud recorded, and it is different from this hadith.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abdullah bin Bazi', who is layyin (soft), and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
