بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .

وَعَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ عَلَى الْمِنْبِرِ : " لَا يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبَةٍ إِلَّا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the pulpit: "Whoever swears a false oath, let him prepare to take his place in Hell."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
