بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .

وَعَنْ أَبِي سُودٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " الْيَمِينُ الْفَاجِرَةُ الَّتِي يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا الرَّجُلُ مَالَ الْمُسْلِمِ تُعْقِمُ الرَّحِمَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The false oath by which a man seizes the wealth of a Muslim makes the womb barren."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it, and its chain contains a narrator who is not named.
