Majma al-Zawaid 6891 — One who seizes land by force

Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever wrongfully usurps someone's land, when he appears before Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty will be angry with him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Yahya bin Abd al-Hamid al-Himmani, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy, and much has been said about him.
